Upgrade / downgrade with proration
Visibility, Growth or Acquisition: your tier is not locked for the length of your commitment. You change plan as soon as your needs evolve, and the recalculated amount is shown before any confirmation, never a surprise charge.
In detail
How it works in practice
A tier change (upgrade or downgrade) can be triggered at any point in the billing cycle, without waiting for the renewal date
Proration compares the days already used on the current tier with the days remaining at the new rate, then calculates the balance (debit or credit) to apply
The recalculated amount is shown upfront, before any confirmation, so you approve the change knowing the exact figure
Applies across the 3 plans (Visibility from €138/month, Growth from €173/month, Acquisition from €278/month with content creation included)
The contractual commitment chosen at the start (1/3/6/12 months) is not affected by a tier change: only the monthly rate and the associated features change
A downgrade means losing access to features reserved for the higher tier (for example Acquisition content creation) as of the effective date of the change, not retroactively
Lucie, the AI agent, stays included and free on all 3 tiers, so there is no impact on her access when you change plan
Any question about a specific case (atypical proration, combination with free days) goes through the dedicated human support agent who supervises the account

Who this feature is for
SMBs
An SMB starts on Visibility to test, then moves to Growth as soon as the prospecting volume justifies more targeting, without waiting for the current cycle to end, with the price difference visible before validation.
Agencies
An agency managing several client accounts adjusts each account's tier according to the client's activity (moving up to Acquisition for a client who wants content creation, back to Growth for another), without renegotiating a new commitment each time.
Coaches & trainers
A coach ramping up before a program launch temporarily moves to a higher tier for the promotion period, then steps back down once the peak has passed, with proration avoiding paying a full month at the high rate for a few days.

Frequently asked questions about Upgrade / downgrade with proration
Yes. The upgrade or downgrade is triggered when you decide, without waiting for the current billing cycle to end. The proration calculation automatically adjusts the amount based on the days remaining.
The amount already paid for the current cycle is recalculated pro rata for the days remaining before the end of the period, then offset against the new tier's rate. The result (debit or credit) is shown before any confirmation, with no surprise on the next charge.
The free days granted at signing (up to 45 days depending on the subscription) remain tied to the initial commitment negotiated with the team. A tier change does not erase them retroactively, but any question about a specific case is handled with the support agent dedicated to your account.
The tier change itself is done from your account, without a new sales call. What remains subject to the team is the initial allocation of free days and the negotiation of a different commitment (1/3/6/12 months).
