Multi-source automatic targeting
Automatic targeting combines five sources (competitor accounts, niche, hashtags, locations and bloggers) to continuously engage the Instagram accounts that truly match your audience. Run on real devices, with no generic spraying and no API bots.
In detail
How it works in practice
5 types of sources that can be combined on a single account: competitor accounts (their followers/engagers), niche keywords, hashtags, geographic locations and reference blogger/influencer accounts.
Sources are defined with your dedicated support agent during setup, then can be adjusted over time if your positioning, offer or geographic areas change.
Targeting runs through real actions on dedicated devices (no API calls or bots), the same principle behind the 0 banned accounts on Business plans since 2017.
Works alongside the whitelist/blacklist: a blacklisted account is never engaged even if it matches one of the 5 sources; a whitelist can prioritize certain accounts.
The AI agent Lucie (included on all plans) refines the qualification of the accounts detected behind each source to limit false positives (inactive accounts, bots, duplicates).
The pace and volume of daily actions are calibrated to the plan you subscribed to (Visibility, Growth, Acquisition) and continuously supervised by the support agent dedicated to your account.
On accounts managed in white label by an agency, multi-source targeting can be configured independently for each managed client account from the multi-account space.
Targeting results (accounts reached, engagement generated) can be viewed in The Mirror, with a breakdown by source to see which combination performs best.

Set up a different combination of sources for each managed client (local competitors + niche hashtags + locations) from multi-account management, without manually duplicating settings.
SMBs
Combine their direct competitors and their industry's hashtags to reach a qualified B2B audience rather than betting on a generic hashtag that is too broad.
Coaches & trainers
Target the followers of blogger/influencer accounts in their field and the places where their typical audience is found (cities, gyms, events) rather than broad, unqualified targeting.
