A format designed for efficiency

The onboarding call, lasting 15 to 20 minutes, follows a structured six-step flow:

- Introduction and context: a complete presentation of the service and gathering the customer's expectations to personalize the support.

- Target accounts and the bot: explaining how automatic targeting works and how to flag irrelevant accounts.

- Content quality: auditing the customer's Instagram account with tailored advice to optimize visibility and impact.

- The first few days: reassuring guidance on the ramp-up pace and the service's gradual power-up process.

- Available resources: presenting all available support materials, including video tutorials, the Lucie AI assistant, the FAQ, and technical support.

- Programs and upgrades: introducing affiliate opportunities, upsell options, and the various packs available to grow an account further.
