Subscription policy
- The credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction for each corresponding month, or on the last day of the month if there is no matching date. (For example, a subscription taken out on 22 January 2018 renews on 22 February 2018).
- Discounts, rebates or other special offers apply only for the initial period; subscriptions renew at the full subscription rates then in effect.
- The cardholder will be billed once per month until they request cancellation of the service by email.
- The Imperivm marketing FZCO team may terminate the subscription and these terms if it cannot renew the subscription due to inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
- Imperivm marketing FZCO reserves the right to cease all work for a client if it considers that the client does not comply with the terms stated on this page.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Liability
We strive to deliver the best possible service, with many satisfied clients who have been with us for years without issue.
However, we cannot know what happened on the account before we began working on it (for example if you used another third-party service that caused issues on your account that neither we nor you were aware of, if Instagram had already flagged you for any reason, if people had clicked “report” on your account before, or if you had already infringed copyright, etc.). We also cannot know everything that happens on your account while we are working on it.
Therefore, by subscribing to Propulse services, you acknowledge the following: we accept no liability if anything happens to the account (for example: blocks of any kind, account disabled, or any other circumstance).
That said, we recommend that you follow these restrictions:
1. Do not use other third-party applications or services at the same time as ours.
2. Do not exceed follow/like action limits while using our service.
3. Do not log into the account from more than one mobile device.
4. Do not buy fake interactions (fake likes, fake followers, etc.).
Instagram data collection and use
Propulse uses the official Instagram Graph API (Meta) to provide Propulse Audience features and the publishing calendar. When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account via Facebook Login, you authorize Propulse to access the following data:
Profile information: username, profile photo, follower count, and post count.
Audience data: breakdown by age, gender, and location (cities and countries) of your followers.
Performance statistics: reach, impressions, profile visits, link-in-bio clicks, and when your audience is most active.
Content data: posts (photos, videos, carousels), and numbers of likes, comments, saves, and shares.
Content publishing: ability to schedule and publish posts to your Instagram account through our content calendar.
How we use this data
The data is used exclusively to display your Instagram statistics in the Propulse Audience dashboard and to enable scheduling posts through the content calendar. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Data sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your Instagram data with third parties. Your data is accessible only by you through your Propulse account.
Storage and security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS). We never store your Instagram password.
Access revocation
You can revoke Propulse's access at any time from your Instagram account settings (Settings, Apps and Websites) or from the Propulse dashboard. Revocation immediately ends our access to your data.
Data retention
If you delete your Propulse account or revoke access, all associated Instagram data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Compliance
Propulse complies with Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. Our app is verified by Meta as a Tech Provider.
